Product was damaged in shipping, contacted quiktent and within a day they shipped out replacement parts. Those also were damaged so after contacting quick tent I was able to get a small refund for my aggravation . Thx Mike

Pop up is extremely well built and sturdy. held up well in heavy rain and wind. The one drawback is the storage bag. It needs to be made of stronger fabric as it started to rip the second time I transported the canopy

I purchased my Quictent three years ago. I needed something for my back patio (I think it was 10x10),to sit out of the sun and protect me from the mosquitoes. I didn't put it up until a year later but when I did, I really loved the product. It's pretty sturdy and I use it all of the time. Its my happy place!! Unfortunately, I failed to tie it down during a winter storm and it ended up on the roof of my home.😂 After I managed to get it down, and get it back in place, the canopy was damaged a bit. I will be ordering another canopy soon but happily nothing else was damaged! I highly recommend this product. Thank you Quictent! Pam Gartrell

Taking advantage of sale, I ordered the entire greenhouse rather than just a replacement cover. Parts were used to reinforce existing frame for spring use. It is working great. Also used info provided on anchoring cover under frame and inside with wood. No need for added wood frame at doors.

We purchased the 10×30 party tent for our backyard wedding celebration. All our guests were impressed with how good this tent looked, how well it shaded the area and how well it held up all weekend. My husband was impressed with how straightforward assembly was although he recommends reading all instructions through first before starting. This took 2 people just under 2 hours to put up and 1 person about 90 mins to disassemble. I love that this was so much more affordable than renting a similar tent and we can use this again for future events.

I like my tent. I'm a solo markateer and it's heavier than my old one but certainly more sturdy and improved, which I appreciate. I am flummoxed it didn't come with 4 walls, only 3, and the staff online, while responsive, were not able to offer me a 4th wall at any price (shy of buying a 2nd tent). I still am lacking a 4th wall which is a problem for 2-day markets when we leave our tents out. The other detail is, I wish I'd known how much light comes in with the white roof. It offers zero shade, such that I actually stretch cloths (or the walls, if they're not being walls) across the roof of my tent on the inside to try to reduce the blinding sun. I sell art so it is important the roof isn't casting a pink or green or gray glow to everything but I need to find a solution for those very sunny days that isn't so tacky as walls hanging from the roof. On a development side, if Quictent could make the walls a bit more adaptable to be suspended across the inside of the tent so it didn't look so tacky, that'd be a plus - or make a separate sun shade available! :-)
