Quictent USReviews of quictents.com

I really enjoy your products. Easy to put up and fix if need be. Customer support is great, any one of them are so knowledgeable and and sympathetic if your having a problem and they will go out of their way for the customer. Thank You

Having been a vendor at Fairs and Festivals for MANY years, we have bought and used a lot of different canopies. The service from this company is top-notch. The metal canopy frames are VERY STRONG and the silver coating on the underside of the fabric top reflects the sun keeping us nice and cool under the canopy. The downside of this canopy is that the fabric top fits too tightly and strains the seams. Customer Service Team has stated that they are communicating with their factory to make appropriate adjustments. Even that said dollar for dollar this is THE BEST CANOPY for the money that I Have used. Keep up the good work and I will be a loyal customer. Thank you!

The original shipment had a damage bracket part which the chicken run could not be completed. Customer service did an awesome job by not only sending me the part, but sent me the entire kit. They were very quick at solving the problem

Very helpful in getting us the parts we needed.

Super great product/ very easy to assemble/ very strong material / very fast shipping 👍

Good price, very good quality with sturdy legs and fast shipping. We used it for a farmers market today and everything went well. What’s not to like?

Excellent product , was easy to get set up, and survived its first market in the wind.
