To give an honest review here. I had my doubts thru the process with this company. But the shinning star that rose up to handle everything I needed and to give me a white glove service was Jessica K. If you need help and for someone to get something done for you request her.

Signed up for insurance as a bridge when I was between jobs. Canceled coverage when I started my new job and my credit card was charged several months after cancelation. I was able to refund all but one of the charges after hours on the phone with them. 6 months later, they charged my card 4 times in 4 days for $299 each. I had to report fraud on my credit card and cancel the card. Do not trust them.

I was charged 10 payments of $235.39 for an insurance policy that I never purchase and this company acknowledge I never purchased anything they won't give me a written explanation why did they go in my account and take over $2000 from me. Again I never purchased any dental insurance from them ever

Good customer service rep. I have had to call many times in reference to a canceled policy that was never canceled (May 2023) and unauthorized premium amounts were taken out. To date, no refund has been received. But Jessica was very kind and did her best to help but she could only do so much. I am not at all happy with your company in general but I do appreciate the compassion she gave me and I wanted to acknowledge her for that.

My experience mirrors that of many others. This operates as a scam. Phones are not answered. Continued charges to credit card even after cutting off payment and filing a claim with the bank that was (theoretically resolved). On to the authorities including the federal government healthcare fraud team.

Scam artist. Wont answer or return your calls. Oh btw these individualsand company have tried 4 times to remove my review. Apparently ive protected other victims. "T" supposedly is the manager but has not done her job. Purchased coverage through quick health. "C" sold me a family plan after double checking I could continue seeing mine and my daughter's doctors. I paid ahead 4 months so it was "discounted" when purchasing this it was clear as day (recorded for quality blah blah) I explained my needs and my previous coverage and was clear about wanting it to be the same. Not only did they neglect to put my daughter and husband on the plan until the end of My policy. They also informed me that they dropped contracting with swedish. I've called and called, they refused to give me my money back two months in. They assured me my husband and daughter were on the policy 7. Times. Several people. Finally spoke with my insurer and they verified they were no where to be found. They're criminals and they know it. Waste of life. Insurance commissioner won't touch them nor will the department of laborers. Don't let them fool you. They won't ever fix their mistakes.
