Tonya is so wonderful I wish every employer could have someone like her. She resolves my problems with my account. I felt like I was always pushed aside. And nobody looked into it, but Tonya did everything.

Jessica was great. She helped me and made a lot of things easier and straightened out some mistakes.👍

Do not trust!!! Especially Tonya!!! We purchased a policy back in July of 2022 with a start date for September 2022. A couple days after purchasing we decided it was not for us and canceled. We were told to expect refund in 4 to 6 weeks. Here we are October 2023 over a year waiting and still no refund. Instead they decided to charge our card again!!!! Unbelievable!!! We have made numerous calls trying to resolve this approximately 100 easily in the last year. And at least 10 alone with our concerns regarding the emails stating it was time to renew. I was fearful they might change my card again but was reassured from multiple different people mostly Tonya who calls herself the fixer multiple times that they would not change us as we are canceled. But she fixed us alright and charged us anyway!!!!! Now they owe us our refund and a fraudulent charge!!! I also emailed and left messages with Arthur Walsh Jr, Chief Executive Officer after receiving a letter stating he was more than happy to advocate for his members and to this date have not heard a thing. That was in January 2023. DO NOT TRUST!!! Run as far away as possible!!!

So hard to get ahold or speak to anyone. My dental plan was changed on their end, I was assured its basically the same plan and now when I went to go to the dentist, I'm told my insurance isn't valid. When you leave a call back numer, they never call the same day. It's infuriating.

UPDATE: 5 1/2 months after canceling the policy we have received a refund of 1 of 4 payments. We have filed complaints with Pennsylvania Board of Insurance and the Texas Board of Insurance. This company is garbage. STAY AWAY. I have received Signed up for healthcare and paid 1-month premium in early August. Was told in email that 2nd month premium would be debited September 4th but I could call to change it. They debited my account August 25th for second month premium and coverage had not even started. When I tried to cancel they said it would take 30-days to get refund. We are now 30+ days and nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wanted to go back and let people know that I finally did get my refund from where I had canceled my Dental policy. Tonya took the extra time and finally got this resolved. She also called me to check to see if the refund had been posted. It was still an aggravating issue but I’m very thankful that they did get it taken care of. Thanks Tonya.

i have had them for two years almost. the first year was fine until they called me with a new plan that was less money. what a nightmare. I was not covered until march when i should have been effective january 2023. constantly trying to deduct quarterly payments before time. thank god i notified my bank not to approve payment at any time unless i tell them....just recently i found out that the card that was sent to me is not the one i should be using..................so disorganized!!!

Tonya made my experience great. She worked so hard to solve my problem. Super employee.
