Liz made the problem go away..hallelujah excellent service

I am very mixed with this company. Everything was fine until there became an issue with the auto payment. Pretty much I am now overpaid by a month. Been talking about this problem since November 2023 and in December asked for my money back. It’s February and we are still waiting for our money. With other said, Jess is wonderful. She went above and beyond to help and resolve an issue with my husbands medication, which was primarily from a wrong date on the insurance card. I am trusting that she is pushing for our reimbursement as they said it is a longer process. However, since it was a clear issue on there end they occurred multiple times then they need to learn how to get it resolved at a much quicker pace. Update after response: I have reached out to QuickHealth multiple occasions and they have all the information on file. I know because I have asked and now I even email Jess. I now get automated messages telling me I owe a payment from when I was on the monthly plan and was told they don’t know how to turn them off either. If you want to know more then someone higher up need to contact me and address the concerns I have vocalized since 11/2023.

Jessica remembered who I was and understood my problem with the billing department and has gone beyond what is necessary to help.

I understand Tonya has only been with the company for about 6 months but she was very helpful and more than willing to answer my questions and get me the help I needed.

I called Quick Health this morning because there was some confusion with my health insurance. I talked to Liz and she was very helpful and nice in explaining to me what happened and how to remedy the problem.

Liz is a valued employee. who took the time and was patient with me. explained everything to me. I'm very thankful for her knowledge and taking the time with me.

Tonya has made this experience good and positive for me. She is helping me resolve issues I am having with my coverage and assisting me in contacting the carrier for reimbursements.
