I purchased 55 memory neck travel pillows as a gift for my employees. The pillows were soft, well made and showed up on time. I had our logo added to them also and it looked great! My only complaint is that the pillow is more square than rounded on the edges, which is a little odd. Other than that - happy with the product!

Overall, I was pleased with my experience with QualityImprint. The order process was fine and the product was delivered ahead of schedule. The quality of the playing cards and print was as expected. My only disappointment was the tuckbox. I selected the one with the clear front and it is very wavy which makes it hard to photograph for ecommerce listings. If I had it to do over, I would select a different style of box.

Quality Imprint has nothing but Quality. PERIOD. I had previously worked for a company and was in charge of marketing materials that were not just your run of the mill cheap marketing materials and pens, notepads, etc. This was back in 2016. I left said company in 2017 and changed careers, in 2020 I returned to the same company resuming my position that I left before. I was tasked with reordering the same materials I had ordered in 2016 to re-up our supplies. Needless to say the transition was flawless I had to try and find my contact from 2016 in my archive emails but was unsuccessfully. Luckily we still had a contact at Quality Imprint, Juliana Grace. I had emailed her and let her know that I needed the same exact items from the order I placed in 2016 and she did nothing but deliver just that. Ordering was easy and worry free. I know that back in 2016 when we were in the process of selecting different pens that we liked, we did not just want any pen, we wanted a good quality pen that wrote nice and felt good in the hand so that when our customers used our pens they would have that reaction of, "Wow, this is a really nice pen." and then keep the pen so that we could stick with them. In 2016 the rep I worked with did nothing but accommodate us. He sent 2 or 3 shipments of 20 or so pens to test so that we could see what the pens they offered felt and looked like. I know it may seem minor but it made a huge difference. And needless to say, we do in fact get that reaction from a lot of our customers. Conclusively, Quality Imprint has maintained their consistency over the years and are the only Promotional Product vendor that we use. It is true that, "Quality is their #1 Priority"!
