It was a frustrating process but ultimately we got our product at a good price. We were quoted for the wrong product even after double checking the product information, but they honored the lower pricing we had paid for. The pads only shipped 4 weeks after we placed our initial order. We always got a prompt response for our customer service rep, but often the information was not correct or left out important details. However, in the end we got our custom notepads and they're fine. We probably won't reorder, because if they hadn't made a mistake the correct pricing would have been more expensive than the competitor we got a quote from.

Dearest Lana, We apologize for the frustration you have experienced on your order with us. We try our best to make every experience as seamless as possible and unfortunately, our service with yours fell short of our standard. We have reminded all of our staff to be thorough on any information that is being sent to avoid inaccuracies. We also check on competitors to make sure our pricing is competitive while maintaining a quality selection. Should there be an exact match where our cost is higher, we do offer to price match to stay true to our efforts in giving the best value to our clients.

Marvin was incredible! She worked with me to find a product that would work with our tight turnaround time and we ended up getting our stuff a week before our deadline. And it's perfect! I cannot say enough great things about working with Marvin!
