We are sorry to hear about the out of stock issue. We have reviewed the inquiry timing with the placement of your order and we do apologize that it didn't work out as expected. We do encourage our customer to always have a sense of urgency on placement of order to ensure stock are reserved at the time of the quotation. We will improve our service and follow up to avoid this from happening.
