Initially, I had a good communication string with the rep at Quality Imprint. I had Googled "Personalized Custom Playing Cards". We responded back and forth and she was timely in her replies. I was excited with our finalized design for the 500 decks of customized playing cards. The decks of cards were to be used at our school's Math Mania Day. The plan was for each family to receive a deck of personalized playing cards and printouts of math games that could be played using the decks of cards. Each deck had our school name, school logo, and the words Math Mania Day on the decks. I was sent the final look for approval for the 500 card decks. I made payment (over $650) and was excited for our personalized cards decks to arrive. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the cards were NOT in fact personalized with the final design. That final design was ONLY on the BOX of cards. Each of the cards in the deck were "regular" backs! I was so disappointed. I could have bought nicer decks of cards on Amazon and then created my own COLOR LABEL to stick to the outside of the card decks! When I called back to discuss this issue, it was made to seem that it was my fault and oh this was listed in the catalog and etc. However, I googled and this company came up. I NEVER saw a catalog. Also, I made it very clear that this was the only thing I was looking for and if I had been told even ONCE that it was ONLY THE BOX that had the imprint, I would NEVER have paid that amount of money for the cards. :( The interaction after the fact was disappointing but at that point there was nothing that could be done. I was offered a discount on our "next purchase". Our school will NOT be using this company again.

The color of the key tags was not what was shown on the proof. The proof showed neon orange, what shipped was a dull orange.

This company lied to me by providing me with a proof and they turned around telling me they could not provide the previously provided proof. By then, I had no time to order anything else and they gave me a $65 credit off of a $3,000 bill.

I was in communication with your representative because I ordered the wrong size of item. I told them to make sure i was not charged before I made the change. I just received the first item and was told I can't return them.

Customer service not the greatest. Also once we received the shipment more than a few boxes were damaged and we had 18 total that were not able to be sold. We had to pay a staff member to go through 500 packs to find damaged packages. Response was prompt, and said they will replace with a short email. But not the best experience. We will order elsewhere in the future.

When I saw the cushions on line they look really nice in person they look very cheap and low quality. The design is not centered and I am not pleased

Ordered shoulder patches for our uniforms. They looked too small. Spoke to them and made them larger. Paid extra. Shipping was delayed. Then we finally got the they were 1/2 short. Was very nice and explained it to them. They said it was correct. They even measured them and sent me a picture showing it was short. Be careful. Plus I am out 294.00 dollars.

Got my product and all were leaking when you tried to drink out of them. I messaged them and they say they are leak proof not leak resistant. So the cups are all supposed to leak when you drink out of them? That doesn’t make any sense and I ordered 200 of these cups to give out to clients at my work, wasted a lot of money for them to go to waste, horrible customer service, won’t be ordering for here again.
