Bad Experience!
Unfortunately my experience was poor — I never received the proof I paid for. I was shipped someone else’s order, and they got mine, so we had to ship each other our orders, resulting in me not getting my glasses until after Christmas. I called multiple times, no one answer or returned my call. It took days before someone responded to my email about getting the wrong glasses. Lastly, my artwork was produced incorrect. The loop in my cursive K was filled in, not open like in the file I sent (this could have been caught If I received a proof).
