Great Experience. I've placed 2 orders with Quality Glass Engraving (total 6 items) and both times, I was contacted by graphics with a proof soon after the order was placed and then received my finished products not long after that. Customer service and graphics were pleasant and professional. Products arrived very well packaged, and the bowls are beautiful.

This was the first time we have used Quality Glass Engraving and we will almost certainly use them again (my only hesitation is if we do gifts other than engraved glass items in the future). We ordered 85 engraved pitchers for our Board members and other Committee members/supporters and we were very pleased with the company's responsiveness, professionalism and communication. The shipment arrived as promised and actually, they accommodated our request to do a partial shipment earlier than promised so we were able to get the gifts out earlier than planned.
