The process of creating, proofing, and receiving the bottle were seamless. The website was easy to use and the cost was upfront, which was appreciated. Everyone thought the bottle that I got engraved for a good friend was awesome and they all wanted to know how they could get their own. I will definitely return for another bottle in the future!

Very nice guys. Had to give a bad review, paid a lot extra for individual gift wrapping, for wedding presents. Did not come gift-wrapped and after repeated emails for a refund on what I paid, crickets are chirping....meaning no response.

Very helpful, and personable customer service. It's definitely pricey, but the quality of the glass is beautiful!

Amazing quality, easy to work with. Highly recommend. We have two types of bar glasses and two types of coffee mugs. Each is really great quality glassware and the engraving is first class.
