Had asked that the logo be raised from center on glass; proof of same was sent and approved. We had ordered several styles of glasses with the raised logo with no problem. Received the order and the logo was in the wrong place - they did not raise it. Was given some story about the size of the order dictated where the logo was placed, even though I had previously received several glasses with the raised logo. No attempt from them made to either replace the order or give a discount, nada. Just a basic "you have to accept this" message with no recourse.

The bottles are not as advertised. The caps do not fit the bottles.

The order process was very good. I sent my logo to them and they were able to transfer it to my glasses. Everything went well, including shipping which the glasses were packed in a box surrounded by another box filled with shipping peanuts. The only issue is the engraving seems to disappear when wet. It is very light to begin with but a frosty cold beer hits the glass it's almost gone. I think I should have them stenciled so it would show up better. I have other glasses from breweries that don't do this so I was a little shocked when I saw this happen. Overall they are OK.

Easy to order.... Would have liked to have known the thickness of glass but other than that... Met my time schedule and approval process was right on point.
