We bought 2 electric bikes, one for my husband and one for me. I liked how easy it was for me to get on it and I still felt in control and not like I was going to fall off the bike. When I needed to stop, I was able to do so very easily. I love the color, I got a pretty blue and my husband got black. The best part about these bikes are that they are foldable. That's a huge plus for us. We go camping a lot and we need to be able to save space as much as possible. And the price for these bikes wasn't so far out there that you can't afford it. Once we ordered them they were shipped out to us pretty fast, there wasn't a long wait for them and everything was in the box so putting it together went very smoothly. I love my Qronge bike! The ordering process was easy. It shipped quickly. And it was very easy to assemble. I did have a minor issue so I emailed support. They responded within 24 hours and took care of the issue right away. I was very pleased. I am enjoying riding my bike!
