I purchased the 2 E- bike deal. Both were delivered at the same time. I easily put together the first one step by step with out issues. A week later I started to put together the 2nd one and I ran into an issue with the fork not properly lining up. I immediately contacted Qronge and a representative promptly assisted with the situation. It needed to be replaced. The part arrived and fit perfectly. the customer service was prompt, concerned and courteous. They rectified the situation and stood by their product. That is an awesome quality to keep in mind. The E-Bikes are a great purchase for my husband and I. We now get out more often and enjoy our time on our local rail trails.

Great Bike for the price. We have 2 and my kids ride them almost every day.

After alot of research Qronge made the best options, and so happy with purchase, from price,shipping, and performance. This bike is everything we could have asked for and more for my son. As he grows out of it we will definitely be moving up to larger Qronge

So far all is great. This is my Grandson’s second ebike as he was one faster and it has been better than the first. It’s better quality and functional.

These bikes are very decent for the price and I received the first two very quickly and didn't have to wait long for the third one ..our daughter has had a blast all summer on them and has nearly 700 miles on the m and grew enough over the summer to start riding the L model so we plan to purchase an x5 in the spring and save the mini for upcoming grandkids..had to replace a few throttles and a tire but they have been pretty reliable otherwise
