Our system automatically processes the payment at checkout to secure your order in the production and shipping queue — this is standard practice for pre-sale items. If orders not yet shipped: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to cancel it. If orders already shipped: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled immediately. Any return or refund must be confirmed by our after-sales team to ensure proper handling.
