UPDATE: This issue is still unresolved. My bike arrived in a severely damaged box, with a damaged front wheel and tire and missing parts. I was told back in August that the issue would be taken care of, but it is now October and I still do not have a resolution. I am left with a damaged, incomplete bike that I cannot properly use. At this point, I am formally requesting that Q-Life replace the bike with a new, complete, undamaged bike at no additional cost to me. After waiting this long, I believe a full replacement is a reasonable resolution. If Q-Life is unwilling to provide a replacement, I will explore the options available to me to recover the money I paid, including pursuing the matter through small claims court and seeking legal assistance if necessary. I would much rather have Q-Life simply stand behind its product and resolve this directly. I will update this review if and when the company provides the replacement and resolves the issue.

The customer service is extremely helpful and since my cassete came off or something they gave me a new one and they always respond in a day or so

I’ve had my bike for 6mos and have just crossed the 600 mile mark with no issues! I absolutely love my bike and I hope to enjoy it for many more miles! Customer service was also great to work with and shipping was pretty quick too

So far customer service has been great I am still waiting for the bike to arrive, but it looks like it will be on time very fast shipping don’t be messing with other people will update if anything happens.

The package delivered to us has damage from the box itself to some parts of the etrike. The battery is not functioning correctly. Then I emailed the customer service and they made sure they replaced all that needs to be replaced. We experienced smooth communication and everything went well. We are now using the etrike that functions properly. Thanks to Kaylin who actively following up our case until it was resolved. Good job!

Bike came well packaged and with the instructions assembly wasn’t difficult. However the rear inner tube was flat. I reached out to customer service and was given the option to buy one myself and replace it. I did and they compensated me for the part and a little for my labor. All things considered, I’m satisfied.
