The one star is beyond generous

The one star is ridiculously beyond generous for this useless company. Have had at least 27 emails with the company trying to resolve a safety issue on one of their e-trike mopeds for an elderly customer and they refuse to actually help and generally will push me towards the AI chat bot. The customer had a warranty issue shortly after he purchased the thing and they couldn't send him the part and said they would reach out and here we are a YEAR LATER and still no part and there are electrical issues as well. I have asked for the part even if they have to take off a brand new trike or just to send a brand new trike for all the trouble it has caused this gentleman and they simply could care less and suggest that the customer with their own money should be purchasing parts that would generally be covered under warranty from most manufacturers. They keep asking for respect but won't even respect their customer enough to resolve a year old warranty case. There is nobody to communicate with other than an inept person and an AI chat bot who also won't resolve the issue. I am surprised they are still able to remain in business but I guess they only care about the initial sales and if the customer has a problem they are completely out of luck. I have dealt with some pretty bad warranty cases but this tops them for certain. ***UPDATE 10/5/26***: No response from the company aside from their AI Chatbot and no parts or trike have arrived. That response was the usual from them. "We want to help you by not helping at all and just wasting your time" I feel like the most charitable person in the world right now giving them the one star I really wish it could go so much lower.

After more than a year and numerous emails, you should not still be without the needed part or clear, helpful support. We also apologize for the electrical concerns and for leaving you feeling passed between staff and an AI chatbot rather than properly heard.
