March 2025 – Umrah Trip (With Qiblatain) In March 2025, we had the blessing of performing Umrah with our family. This was our first time booking a complete package (airfare, visa, hotels, transportation) through Qiblatain. After checking the hotel distances and other facilities online, we confirmed everything, and الحمدللہ (praise be to Allah), we received exactly what we paid for. The car service would call a day before and would arrive 10 to 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time. We would advise those booking packages to ensure they are fully informed, take the time to verify everything, and remain focused on fulfilling their own responsibilities. While doing so, pray for an easy, safe, and accepted journey from Allah swt and remember to give charity. In the Qiblatain Chicago office, Br. Rohan did everything with great patience, good manners, and responsibility. جزاک اللہ خیر (May Allah swt reward you well), Br. Rohan.

This was a first experience and a breathtaking trip. Usman did a great job from the flights to the ziyarats in the holy cities. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My family and I had the best and memorable time during our Umrah trip in Ramadan. Thanks to Rohan, Usman and everyone associated with Qiblatain. Jazak Allahu khair for everything. Zamzam pullman was the best hotel I have ever stayed in Madina. Their rooms were so spacious and clean. I was not a fan of our Makkah hotel i.e. Emar Andalusia but I was happy with it’s location as it was just about 500 meters away from Haram Just one feedback to help future travellers. Do not go to Makkah on Thursday eve or night as that would be busiest time because of their weekend. Again, Everything was exceptional. Thank you guys!

Ali bhai was really helpful, very polite and humble. Whenever I was in need of anything with regards to my Umrah he responded right away. I wish great success for him. Overall experience was remarkable with Qiblatain. Their package includes 5 star hotel in Mekkah, great transportation service! They offer full package. However, in Medinah everything is now under Nusuk App, if you want to visit Rowzah of Prophet MD (SM), if anyone wants to visit Rowzah inside they have to schedule that in Nusuk a month before, if those disclosures would be provided to the Hajjis would be excellent. Overall experience 10/10. Very helpful people, great service. Great job Ali bhai! You deserve a huge shoutout! Mashaa Allaah. I wish success for Qiblatain in every aspect.

Our Umrah was out of this world thanks in no small part to Qiblatain and their expertise. I can without doubt recommend them based on our personal experience. This was my first time Umrah with wife and 3 young kids, my last visit to KSA for Hajj was 17 years ago alone, and things have changed a lot. Rohan and Ali were both very professional, responsive, knowledgeable in guiding us through the bewildering array of our choices and options for stay, travels, and all logistics. We were unsure initially on details but day/night or weekends whenever we asked they responded and guided us well. Not once did I have to contact them while in KSA. All arrangements were finalized before we left USA and went exactly as planned. Alhumdulillah Qiblatain provided good services. Especially Rohan made this process smooth and pleasant for us from the very start of this process. I would recommend people to give Qiblatain a chance for your next travel plans.
