I recently completed my first Umrah and it was a truly life-changing and deeply spiritual experience. We traveled to both Makkah and Madinah, and every moment felt like a blessing. Whether it was navigating the holy sites, explaining the rituals, or helping with logistics, his calm presence and support made a big difference—especially since this was our first time. Performing Umrah in Makkah, standing before the Kaaba, making tawaf, and offering prayers in the Haram was powerful and emotional. Later in Madinah, visiting the Prophet’s Mosque brought a sense of peace and connection that I’ll never forget. Overall, I would highly recommend this experience to anyone considering it. With good support and guidance, especially for first-timers, the journey can be smooth, focused, and deeply meaningful. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to go. In’sha’allah I pray that others get to experience it as well.

Assalamo Alaykom , I have good experience with Qiblatain Agency of Omra, I m go to Omra for 10 days Amazing service, the first visit the hotel is close to Makkah like 5 minutes wolk I do All my prayer to Makka Im so happy, Also the hotel of Madinnah it’s 3 or 4 minutes close to hotel Crown plaza it’s 5 star the service good , Thank you Ali he give Us my and my husband,good et nice package for my first Omra , if I Think for 2 Omra I’m shure I call Qiblatain Agency and I Ask for Ali costumer service good job 👏.

I have recently used Qiblatain for my trip to saudia(Umrah).Ali hassan helped me alot through out this holy journey.The airfare in the dates i wanted were exquisitely arranged out of my expectations.Ali made sure to contact me on each step of looking for my tickets in the expected time of visit. On ground transportations and hotel arrangments were modertely satisfactory as well.hotel checkins were smooth though.Company can improve more by working on the ground transportation,hotels and visa prices to make it more economical for everybody. Their team is proficient and overall experience was pleasant.

Alhadulilah. I am back home with satisfacrion after i made my first Umrah last 10 days of Ramadan. We had great experience with Qiblatain and our family enjoyed the time in the Haramain. The staff were great in providing us services and respond to our request in timely matter through WhatsApp. Usman was our agent and provided with bwst service. I will recommend Qiblatain and Usman to my family, friends and eveeyone who wants to spend quality time in the Haramain.

Alhamdulillah, this was my first time going to Umrah, and it was the best experience. I remember stressing out and trying to find a good deal for the last 10 days of Ramadan when I came across Qiblatain. Alhamdulillah, the agent who took care of us, Rohan, was very helpful and walked us through each step of the process. Even when we kept changing the itinerary, he was very patient and ensured we were satisfied with the deal. He even ensured we booked guaranteed flights with Qatar Airways, knowing Ethiopia Airways had a reputation for cancellations. The hotels were excellent. The walk from our hotel to the masjid in Madina took no more than 5-10 minutes. Although the walk to the masjid in Makkah was longer, it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Everything from the booking process to our transportation to the hotel from the airport and back was perfect. The only pushback was that the hotel was a bit cramped in Makkah, but that’s understandable, considering there were 5 of us. Overall, I’d recommend Qiblatain to all my friends. Rohan did an excellent job guiding us through this, and we are very grateful to have him as our agent.

I recently used Qiblatain to go on Umrah during last 10 days of Ramadan. I had a great experience. I had a good deal for an Umrah package that included air fares, hotels and transport between Mecca and Madina. I received all the services as promised on time and in good quality. Qiblatian staff esp. br. Hassan Ali, were very helpful, patient and approachable. They would help and respond to my whatsapp messages promptly. At some point, I had to change my hotel reservation to find one nearer the Masjid Nabawi. He found me a great deal soon after I made the request. I intend to use Qiblatain in the future and highly recommend it to others.
