I recently travelled for Umrah with this agency, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, they delayed the hotel booking in Makkah, and because of that the breakfast that was originally included in our package was cancelled. We were told we had to cover it ourselves even though we had paid the full amount long in advance. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. Second, the hotel in Madinah was changed and the new hotel was extremely poor in quality, dirty, and nowhere near the standard we were promised. We couldn’t rest properly, and it genuinely affected our whole trip and our comfort during Umrah. To be fair, the transportation service was the only thing they handled well. The buses and pickups were on time and organized. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in the hotel arrangements, especially considering we paid early and trusted their service. I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.
