Wonderful consumer services by Taiba Batool she helped me with all info I needed, thank you again

Great customer service from Taiba Batool. She was prompt and very efficient with listening to my query for planning an Umrah trip and made suggestions with flights and accommodation options as well. I appreciated her timely responses and she was willing to work with me based on my budget and travel dates. Definitely will consider booking future trips through Qiblatain. Please ask for Taiba Batool, she is excellent!!

First time umrah with this agency. They are very helpful and convenient. Highly recommended and highly appreciated.

Rohan Ashraf was an amazing representative, great Umrah experience.

Recently I have performed Umrah and Qiblatain (Zara Noor was my representative) had managed my booking. Hotels in Mecca and Medina were very good. And the in ground transportation in Saudi Arabia was fantastic. I would recommend to use their services if you are looking to perform umrah and/Hajj in the future. I would love to mention Zara who was my adviser for the trip. She is an excellent person. Im grateful to them for their services and help!

It's the best experience with Qiblatain Agency for Umrah I have ever had. Specially, the agent Mr. Rohan Ashraf, who was always with us. Time to time, he knocked and took care of us when we were in Mecca & Madinah. He tried his best to support us. We are so happy with his service. Best wishes for Qiblatain and Mr. Rohan Ashraf.

Mr. Rohan Ashraf’s service towards customers is awesome and very helpful. For handicapped customer like my wife, shouldn’t stay any hotel except Clock Tower’s building in Mecca. For others I like to recommend to accept their offer.

Taiba Batool was really helpful and very good worker I really appreciate her efforts she really tried her best to search for us I really thanks for her help and support and efforts.
