Satisfactory Experience
Satisfactory Experience. Not something I expected though. I booked 5 star package and was expecting 5 star service throughout the trip. The HCN provided by Qiblatain was wrong. The Hotels in Madina and Makkah could not find the booking. We had small kids along with us so the hotel staff accomdated us after we requested them. Qiblatain staff was unreachable when needed. Usually, hotel staff want all issues to be resolved through the travel agency but because Abbas and Asma or anyone at Qiblatain was not reachable, thankfully, hotel staff had some empathy and gave us the room after making many requests. The transportation company never reached out to us. I had to contact them and sort out the transportation myself, doing all the coordination that should have already been done by Qiblatain. I booked through travel agency because I did not want to have any issues during the trip but I did not find any benefit or help doing package through them. I ended up doing most of the stuff myself. They only helped with Visa. Hotel booking and Transportation but no follow up or confirmation of anything. Their price was better than some others so that is the positive thing.
