I bought the turtle jigsaw, I wasn't expecting too much, just a simple wooden jigsaw. In fact, these puzzles are amazing. Every tiny piece is in the shape of an animal (in this case) the puzzle is intricate and complex and quite a challenge. The craftsmanship is amazing. I just bought another one... It is a rare delight to order a product with very modest expectations and be so pleasantly surprised.

I have made and purchased over 20 puzzles and have enjoyed every minute of making them. The quality is perfect and they all have met my expectations. I'm waiting for my last shipment to arrive so I can have some more enjoyable time. The new suncatchers are great. I just finished the Last Supper in 3 days. Once I start a puzzle I can't wait to see the finished product. Love all the puzzles and have framed almost all of the ones I have done. Thank you for all your great products.

These arent jus puzzles but an experience into far off lands with an assortment of animals from cats to sloths & all that are in between. Each piece has vibrant colour that clicks perfectly into place, perfectly cut. No flimsy over lapping paper cuts. You can literally shut the real world out for a while as u destress & think only of the nx piece. Ordering was so easy to do & u are frequently updated of the delivery times ect. Ive been in touch with a few ppl from this site & they will quickly find solutions to any problems that mite occur from ordering mistakes for example. Delivery didnt take long either the way some sites do & there's always tracking available. Look dnt jus take my word for it go hav a lookas there's so much more than scenery &/or animals. A totally enjoyable experience for many reasons. They are more than jus puzzles. Buy one & ull understand straight away wot I mean...

I have made many orders with PuzzlesUp due to their great quality and have always had great service. Most recently, when I thought an order had been lost in transit, Customer Service staff person was very kind in helping verify that it had been delivered and, lo and behold, my family found it here! I was embarrassed. Again, Customer Service staff person was understanding, very supportive, and reinforced my confidence in their service!!!

Laughing at this request for an evaluation. The order appears to be on a SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA! I have been checking the progress and it appears to originate in china and the information shows it spent many days crossing the Pacific. It was ordered on June 10 and set to be delivered June 27. The tracking notice at one time said to arrive betweenJune 30 to July 7.

These puzzles are challenging and rewarding. They have resulted in a weekly “Puzzle Friday” with me and my two daughters. It has strengthened our relationship! Thank you!
