I placed my first order the other day and still no tracking number. I called customer service and a woman with a foreign accent was no help! I will refuse the order will never order from this company again!

I was inquiring about a order I made. And the young lady did not help me at all. They had the wrong address. No record of my order. She was very rude to me. She said that they had a different address than what I gave her. But she refused to tell what it was. I have bought from them before but never had to contact them. Customer Service is horrible at Puritans Pride. I am going to have to think about doing anymore business with them again.

I received a damaged item. The items I ordered were thrown in a box with no peanuts or paper or other kind of filler. One of the Vitamin E lipsticks came open and got lipstick all over the other products, the box and the receipt. It was a mess. I tried to get a replacement, but I can't even get an email through because I keep getting told that their email box is full.

Are they selling a really good product.? If their website can't be accessed to see the product content information or etc.

I bought one Puritans L-theanine from MercadoLibre. 2 times I took it, 2 times I got a horrible headache. I dont know the reason, maybe mine was fake, but I trashed the whole bottle. Spanish: Compré una l-teanina por MercadoLibre y me dio un dolor de cabeza terrible. Boté el tarro.

No sé si estoy equivocada, pero el frasco que yo tengo se le corre la pintura de las letras y es muy sencilla la etiqueta, estoy pensando que mi vitamina de puritans pride es falsa. O es así mismo?. El frasco muy sencillo. Y he comprado con otros frascos de lo mismo en otras tiendas y vienen detalles diferentes escrito.

Missing items and no resolution. I messaged their support and as well as Lazada Philippines support and all are useless!

Don’t buy from them! I used to have no problems with this company, but like the other reviewers are saying, something has changed. On my last order I was shorted one item on a buy one get two offer. They said they would replace the missing bottle but never did. I went ahead and placed one more order a week ago and I still haven’t received a shipping notice. I hope it eventually ships, but that was my last order with Puritan’s Pride.
