I used to order from Puritan nearly monthly. I realized I had so many supplements stocked up so I stopped around 2021. It came time to order again and I saw the newer reviews… naturally I was pretty nervous. I’m not going to discount those reviews but only share my experience. I put in an order for $65 (all the same item) and made sure to go through PayPal so I had some buyer protection. I did not get a ship notification or any type of confirmation. I signed in on Puritan and saw my items were “shipped” but it was still “processing”. It had an arrival date of June 22nd which was 13 days out from my initial order. Today June 18th I saw the Puritan package 📦 on my doorstep and I checked the contents, everything was ok. The bottles are no longer heat shrinked at the neck and instead only have a one-step freshness barrier - a seal. They used to have both. I’m not too concerned but it looks like a step down in quality. One star is deducted for that and the failure to communicate shipping information. I imagine if something major happened I’d be forgotten about. I’m glad I did this order but it’ll be my final order from Puritan most likely. For alternatives, Spring Valley at Walmart provides affordable supplements and Swanson is also a good company to deal with. Hope this helps.

For the last 2 years I have purchased on Puritan's website their Melatonin Liquid 10 mg Black Cherry Flavor which they often sold with a buy 1 and get 2 free promotion. It worked very well and tasted fine and sold for about $5/bottle with the promotion. Lately however it has been listed as Out of Stock on their website so I looked elsewhere on Amazon where I found the same Puritan's Melatonin on sale, in stock for $10/bottle. It would appear they are selling their stock on Amazon for twice the price. Good for business but bad for their loyal customers. I chose to purchase a different brand of Melatonin Liquid 10 mg for $6/bottle with free Prime shipping with 2 day arrival.

The usual apple cider vinegar typically has a strong odour but I wish Puritan's Pride could tone down their tablets a little. The big tablets dissolve quickly in your tongue too so if you don't like ACV's taste you will cringe at taking them daily. I also didn't see that much of a difference to my skin or my weight so I won't be trying this again in the future.

I've enjoyed their products. Customer service quickly corrected issue I had. Would recommend.

The multivitamin 1 a day is totally not good 67% C etc as well as horrible customer service, the shipping is so slow 2 weeks! Overall not good, look something else! I must add, as after I told them my dissatisfaction, they'll refund my payment, reason for my dissatisfaction was inadequate amount of C vitamin, 67% as it should be obviously 100%, daily need. So all and all I was fairly covered and fine, will be looking helpful D3 vitamin because it may helping these covid 19. I wish all and everyone following healthy guide lines and be safe.

Received a shipment of Vitamin D3. When I took the bottles out of the box I noticed that the capsules were massed in one great lump in every bottle. I opened one and there were only 2 loose capsules. On trying to separate them the capsules tore leaving a sticky liquid behind. I called C/S and the said they would replace them at no charge and to throw away the bad ones. Today I received the replacements, 2 weeks later.
