I'm not buying from them anymore. When I ordered a bottle of curcumin, they shipped me (and charged for) several bottles of curcumin and turmeric. I don't trust their business practices. The worst thing, I wanted to speak with one of their quality people (do they really have any?) but only got customer service. Never allowed to speak with a qualified person. My question - how does Puritan's test for lead and ochratoxin in their products? They set up some case number and promised they would respond to my "case" and never, ever did. Even after I tried one more time to get this important info. FORGET THESE PEOPLE, SOMETHING DOESN'T SMELL RIGHT.

Puritan's Pride has many vitamins to choose from, along with snacks. They offer a survey so customers can identify which vitamins are appropriate. The shipping is fast . On the rare occasion when I had a problem , customer service was very courteous .

I can't understand why my order from 2/2/16 number ES:ES0000231130 is still not delivered. Moreover, they don't answer my email's. I only receive every time an automatic answer saying they will answer in 48 hours.... but, never answer. Today I have placed another order, as a last opportunity to continue as a customer with them as the products are good enough and the price is also good. If the experience is negative again I will stop buying Puritan's Pride products.

I would recommend this company with no reservations. As a new customer, I misunderstood the shipping method and expected arrival time. I have two residences in different states because I'm a caretaker for disabled relatives. Because I go back and forth several times a month, I need to know when my order will arrive so it's not sitting outside with me out of town. The people at Puritan's Pride were kind enough to explain everything to me so I'll know next time which shipping method to choose! Their products are very fresh, and in my opinion they are very effective. Good prices and shipping costs for such high quality and such a wide selection. I will use them again soon! Sam in Alabama
