I was a Purina dogfood fan for many decades. This is what I fed all my cats and dogs. Recently I complained to purina about an important ingredient missing in purina pro joint and health formula dogfood. They apologized and sent coupons for our next several purchases. Problem is the next two out of three bags of this dogfood we purchased had the same problem. Purina never fixed it even after I gave them the Lot number off the first bag. This caused us to do a lot of research. Now I will never buy any Purina product again nor will I recommend purina to anyone. We will be purchasing freeze dried or air dried dogfood because unlike purina who heats their kibble, these two types of dogfood do not have a chemical from the heating that causes cancer.

Mon chat mange des tendres effilés de félix (purina one) depuis plus de dix ans. J’ai acheté un lot de 48 sachets et il n’en mange pas un. Je reprends un sachet d’un ancien lot, il le dévore comme à son habitude. J’ai fait deux réclamations auprès de purina et ils m’ont envoyé un bon d’achat de 2 €, youpi ! Appel au service consommateurs : ils ne veulent rien savoir. Voici leur chiffre d’affaire : Fiche entreprise : Nestle Purina Petcare France, chiffre d'affaires de 987 M€ en 2024. Il refuse de me rembourser mon achatou de me faire un avoir équivalent !! Mon chat ne mangera plus de purina .

Worse customer service ever . I spend so much time doing all the things to build rewards which include watching videos uploading recites and filing out stuff . Then went to go redeem reward on high item. Which I build up . The shirts say sizes and when I went to redeem thinking would take me to size are next ….. nope ! Just gives you size it wants . Of course I cannot wear that size cause I’m not a kid ! So contacted customer service quickly to see if I can undo reward and I was told no ! Even though under discription it says the sizes they have ! To me that is ridiculous ! I let them Know asap too ! Not good communication nor customer service ! The stupidity of this whole situation could be avoided easily but nope let’s cheat customers out of their points ! I nolonger will participate in their system and now till buy anything hit their stuff !

Poor value for the money. Purina ( or its distributor) have just raised the price of a 40 lb bag from 76 to 96 dollars. I am a member of their pro club where you receive a paltry amount of points if you submit proof of purchase. In reading other reviews, it appears that they are on a roll in denying receipts for one reason or another. I even submitted certified receipts from Chewy. Its corporate greed at its best!

I have been a customer of Purina cat food for years now. I have to admit the new Purina glazed and infused wet cat food is the best I have ever seen!! Not only will my cats eat every bite of whichever flavor I put in front of them, but they feel better afterwards as well. Both my 24 year old cat and my 9 year old cat run around and play after eating it!! I got my first variety pack yesterday and tried them on a can to see if they like it. Both my light eaters absolutely couldn't get enough!! My 9 year old cat who usually eats up high came down to the floor to eat it. Glazed and infused gets 6 stars in my book.

Ich bin masslos enttäuscht! Vor 4 Monaten (!) hatte ich eine Anfrage erstellt, auf die ich nie eine Antwort erhalten habe! Nach einem Monat rief ich an und es hiess, es sei noch pendent. Ein weiterer Monat später - Antwort immer noch ausstehend - rief ich erneut an. Die Dame vom Callcenter, erneut sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll, bestätigte mir, dass sie nochmals eine Mail erstellen werde, dass ich noch immer auf einen Rückruf warte. Eine weiterer Monat später immer noch keine Antwort. Daher Anfrage noch einmal schriftlich erstellt. Heute, 4 Monate später, rief ich erneut an. Wieder die gleiche Antwort. Leider kommt man an den Callcenter-Angestellten nicht vorbei, kann somit die zuständigen Personen nie direkt kontaktieren. Wenn ich so arbeiten würde, hätte ich längst keine Kunden mehr.

Tidy Cats litter quality has become terrible lately! Ever since they released the newer, more expensive PRO line the normal lightweight litter has become very dark and will NOT clump anymore. It just makes a gooey mess in the litter box and on my cats feet therefore all over the house! After contacting Purina they sent me a free coupon which resulted in me getting another jug of the BAD litter!
