I ordered digestion tincture but received three bottles of thyroid tincture. I contacted the company and they WON'T give me a refund, meanwhile they sent me 3 more bottles for a subscription I did not sign up for. Furthermore, when ordering on their website, all their different tinctures have the thyroid tincture as the tincture you order in small pictures of the bottles (1,2, or 3) instead of tincture you want.

Formula was nicely packaged and quickly shipped. I have been using the formula and haven’t noticed anything significant from doing so but then again I don’t really know what to expect.

I was placed on an automatic shipment plan without my knowledge. I have made 5 attempts to get this resolved unsuccessfully! The phone number on their site continues to ring as a busy signal no matter what time of day or night I call. Horrific customer service!

I have been taking Pureveen for 4 months. I like the chocolate taste - much better than normal supplements. I feel more alert, less brain fog. I seem to sleep better - I have completely quit taking melatonin.

Was not made aware of subscription. VERY difficult to cancel subscription or get refund. I was being sent 4 bottles every month. Dose is 1 ml daily. 30ml in a bottle. I now have 8 bottles in fridge and will probably discard. Have not noticed any difference. Numerous emails sent and customer support would offer discounts to keep subscription . Totally a scam!

I was on the website typed in my name laid my phone down and came back and the order went through without me pushing the button to process it plus re occurring order. Tried to contact within minutes number busy always and emailed them. They emailed back it was to late the next morning the order had already went out. Yesterday got another charge on my card same thing to late already processed the order. Now I have to cancel my bank card bc of them! This company must not have a very successful business to be dishonest like they are!!! $180.00 taken from my account! I’ll never use my bank card to order anything again! Please don’t waste your time or money ordering from this company!!!!
