Do not order from this company. It's a FRAUD. They charge your credit card and don't send the merchandise. They will mail you an empty postmarked envelope and refused to refund your money. Always checks the reviews before you order. They will not send you any merchandise or a refund after they have charged your card. FRAUD.

I ordered 2 bottles of the Pureveen thyroid supplement for $119.00 based on their 90 day money back guarantee. After using the product for 90 days and not seeing a benefit, I reached out for my refund as they promised. They are saying I am not eligible and only offering me a 59.00 refund. It has been a hassle with multiple back and forth emails. Basically, they are not providing what they state on the website. At the beginning, I actually tried to cancel the order because I changed my mind. It said that if you contact them within 12 hours of the order, they will cancel. I did that and they sent the product anyway.

Sorry - but it taste like a$$. It was so disgusting that I almost threw up the first time. Then I tried it in my coffee a few times and it was still gross. I tried for about a week, but the taste is so strong that there was no way of hiding it. I had to stop because the taste was so bad that there was no way I fl could see if there was any other benefit.

Website indicates full refund if not satisfied with results after 90 days of using product. Unfortunately, this is not true. I have requested a refund and was initially offered 50% of what I paid. When I finally agreed, I received a response that this offer was no longer available and they could only provide approximately a 40% refund. When I offered to return unused product I was advised this would not impact the amount in any way, the offer was the offer. Very disappointed and obviously 40% is not a full refund. Don't by this product or anything from this company, it is all a hoax.

The company puts you on their autoship program without you approving it. Trying to get off & cancel the subscription is a nightmare. I began to wonder if they were ethical when they offered $50 off the next order in exchange for a review. In addition, I've seen no improvement from the product. Buyer beware,

The customer service is non-existent. Have asked for a refund about 10 times in 3 months. Their website claim is a total lie. The product does not work at all as they claim. They do respond but it must be AI generated, after 3 months they are telling me how to use the product. Run away from this company and this product. Dispute the purchase on your credit card. Was hoping they'd honor a full refund with in the 90 days. I'm out over $75 on 2 bottles. Not worth the hassel.

I received the wrong product, and I contacted via email several times to find out how to return. I got no responses. I tried calling the listed phone number, which is ALWAYS a busy signal. Time to contact my credit card company to report fraud.

Do not buy this product. I would like to tell you I know how it works, but I don’t because I’ve now waited for three weeks to be told that it’s still in China. And when you call the number under Pureveen to try to talk to the company it shows up as Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I am sure I’m going to get my money back and the medicine can stay in China because as far as I’m concerned, anybody that runs a company like this couldn’t make a good product. Don’t buy it unless you enjoy wasting your money.
