Totally insane customer service experience. I guess they use Ai because their responses were just repeating the same thing over and over basically ignoring my request and refusing to cancel my subscription. Formal and immediate response times but no acknowledgement of my actual experience. I worked out how to do it myself but the email responses from them felt like a weird dream that would absolutely have had no end.

Beware. I ordered one bottle but was sent more the following month from Whop and my credit card charged even though I DID NOT subscribe to the product. I see many others making the same complaint. Beware. (No idea if the product is any good, but the selling practice is def sus.)

Thyroid boosting formula sounds good, however I NEVER checked recurring order and they sent and extra 3 one time saying I requested it and I purposely went and cancelled but they sent me the same next month. All in all I was sent 3 recurring orders and pretended like I didn’t check cancelled. We called my bank and got a new card. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Does not allow changes to subscription or shipping date. Has not responded to my emails. Product (thyroid support) did not show any improvement. Customer service is terrible.
