I ordered one bottle and was not satisfied with the results. There wasn't a noticeable change according to their claims of the product. I have been trying to cancel any future shipments not requested but have been unsuccessful. Two more unrequested shipments have arrived. It's impossible to contact the company, so I'm going to cancel my credit card.

I ordered 2 bottles and I did not enroll in a subscription however they automatically enrolled me. They sent a second order before I had finished 1 bottle. Buyer beware

Everyone beware! It is very hard to see that if you place an order it is bought as a subscription! The company is terrible with trying to stop it or send product back for a refund. It says easy returns? Don’t believe it and don’t waste your money!

To my surprise I got a subscription. I cancelled it and they kept sending me the product and charging my card. Customer service agreed to cancel it, Emma lied.

Just facts… 1. No clear instructions to use product. 2. THEY put me on subscription. 3. Emailed them to CANCEL subscription they could only offer me $21 off. I accepted and then I get another email that the $21 will be off the NEXT bottle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!! ITS A SCAM!!!

First, I ordered the "Digestive" drops and they sent the "Thyroid" drops instead. When I contacted them, they said it was the same product with the same ingredients. I couldn't compare the ingredients, but it's not what I ordered. Second, I only ordered 1 bottle, but the next month I was charged for a second shipment as a subscription. I checked the original invoice, and there was no mention of a subscription -- only 1 bottle purchased. At the same time, I received texts from the company trying to sell me more products, and I specifically said, "no thanks. I only want the singe bottle I ordered" This company should be investigated, shut-down, and fined.

Don’t recall that I purchased the product as a “subscription”. Feeling manipulated. Even if the product proves effective with consistent use, I would rather be empowered to continue rather than manipulated into further purchases. Healing begins with empowerment. I cancelled the subscription I do not recall choosing.

I bought this item and haven’t even gotten through the first bottle and got notified by my cc company asking if I had purchased something from this company. I had only purchased the one order with 3 bottles, and didn’t need any more yet. I then tried to communicate with the company and have continually been told that with my purchase I had a subscription. Which I didn’t! And told them to stop the subscription. The response was that they couldn’t and I keep getting emails showing me how many more times they can attempt to charge my card! It’s insane!! And stupid and robbery!!
