Paid for 2 orders and only received one. No tracking info or documentation in order package so it’s impossible to say which order I received. Multiple calls and messages to customer service with no resolution. Do not recommend the risk of ordering online.

I am sleeping better and feel more clear headed. I have not yet noticed a change in weight yet.

The product came half full , I never accepted auto shipment or subscription. They definitely not honored the 90 days refund warranty. It was a real hassle to get only partial of my money back which I was forced to accept or loses all . I definitely not recommend to buy it . Awful experience

The brain fog was the worst part of my day. Couldn't focus, couldn't think clearly, felt like I was moving through mud. Week 4 of this and I actually feel sharp again. Hard to explain.

On Sept 22, 2026 I was charged $71.40 for a subscription refill (2 bottles of Thyroid Balance) that I did not want, and it was shipped to an address I no longer live at. I emailed the same morning asking to cancel. Support refused to cancel or fully refund, saying it was already processing, and instead offered $14.28, then $28.56, then 50% off a future bottle — each only if I accepted. No tracking number was ever provided. This was the second time: a June 2026 order was also shipped to the wrong address after I asked for a correction. I have now cancelled the subscription. Based on this experience, I can't recommend their autoship program.

I love the product. I can't wait to see my new blood test numbers. It has always been a T3 to T4 conversion issue for me and this definitely fills that gap. Hoping to be able to finally stop thyroid mess. I am not thrilled with the order process, the inability to properly manage this subscription with ease, or the navigation of the website for subscription management. The AI response is annoying and lacks attention to detail. Simple tasks like skipping, pausing, rescheduling, and updating a shipping address are a monstrous task and have impacted my experience with the company. Great product!! Match the quality of your customer service to the product produced.
