The only complaint I can offer is the fact that when I checked on my order the status read, "On Hold". But I received the filter the very next day...so just something amiss internally with the site, etc. Product installs EASILY. Instructions are easy to understand and there is also a video that helps if necessary. I reviewed it before I even placed my order. So far...love it...after about 5 days in-service.

I recently returned two refrigerator filters to your company. I had purchased extras, then had to get a new refrigerator so I did not need these filters. It had been some time since they had been purchased, but when I contacted your company, the person on the customer service team was so very helpful. She worked diligently to determine which filters I had, sent me a postage free address label and procured my refund. She was so very persistent and efficient… I truly appreciate all her efforts.
