Pure Paw LabsReviews of purepawlabs.com

I love Pure Paws DA-1 supplement, and so do my dogs, Arthur and Skipper. In the past, both of them have suffered from allergies causing very itchy skin. Now scratching is rare and their coats are soft and shiny. They love the taste of DA-1 which has improved their appetites. Great product.

Really helpful with dogs itching and licking

I wish I could say the product worked….it just might- but my 8 year old rescue refuses to eat it… however, customer service was excellent, specifically Sheerah, who went above and beyond to offer advice and helped to process my refund without issue I would suggest giving it a try 🙏🏻👍🏻

Excellent customer service by Sheerah in helping me resolve a subscription issue.

Product may work, but our picky dog would not eat his food with this on it. Tried mixing it with other things he loves and still no go. But he’s weird and won’t eat blueberries, watermelon, or other things our old dogs would devour. Customer service was great when I needed a refund. Sheera provided suggestions and processed the refund no problem.

Sheeran was my "go to" during the use of product received... in today's world, she is very rare... sure hope she wasn't a robot... my dog was allergic to something in the powder and a refund was issued. It was what I would call a "sad refund". I had high expectancy for success. I have personally NEVER experienced this type of customer service... the online ordering life would be so much better if businesses would keep their word.

DA-1: This is a great product. I have three dogs that have been on this product for about 4 months. One of my pups have really bad allergies. I had tried so many different products to try and help her, nothing helped. I bought this just for her, until I seen the results. With in the first month she was improving so much. I put my other two on it for over all health. I had a few questions recently and reach out to their customer service. Sheerah sent me a message back right away and answered all my questions, she was so nice. This is a great company to buy from with amazing products.

I have purchased 4 bags of the DA1 product. My dog weight 15.2 lbs at beginning and I started her on the 1 scoop a day. After 4 weeks she was still licking and scratching so I started 2 scoops a day. Within 3 days diarrhea so I sent a message to Purepaws customer service asking for assistance. Trying to find out what I should do next. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! However they continued sending specials to purchase more. So I reduced to 1 scoop and diarrhea stopped but she's still scratching and licking after 8 weeks. I reached out 3 times with NO RESPONSE. Hoping management see's this evaluation and at least apologizes to me and my dog and hopefully offers some assistance for my dog. When I finish the 3 bags I recently ordered unless I see a great improvement I will not order again and will encourage other dog owners to be BUYER AWARE. This will make 4 bags total with no hugh improvement. So is this truth or lie for money purposes. I truly wish this had worked. I have tried everything for her relief.
