I am on the third bag of Pure Paw and still no change in the scratching and itching of the paws. The last time I called and stated what was going on, they told me to add more scopes. I did that and still no changes. The good that came out of this, she liked it in her food. It sounds like from the reviews, I don’t have a chance of any money coming back. It’s very expensive.

The concerns I had with my great Dane were some itchiness, really smelly breath, and really bad body odor. This seems to have improved greatly after almost a month. I contribute this to Pure paw.

I am still on the first bag. I have 2 mini dachshunds. I have seen some improvement on their itching. Their itching is why I am trying this product. I am hoping to continue seeing improvements on their itching. I bought 3 bags. I plan on using them all before judging if this product works!

I've had my dog on this supplement for about 3 months now. I've definitely noticed less scratching, itching and scooting. It hasn't resolved the problem completely but I do believe it has helped. Not enough that I feel confident about discontinuing allergy medication though. She's still getting Benadryl and Cytopoint shots.

This company has a refund policy of a return of the opened 1 bag and the remaining unopened bags and they will not honor it. They said to return just the unopened bags for a 66.00 refund OR I could keep the bags and get a 70% refund. They would NEVER confirm what that amount was and then send me a refund of 29.00 on a 89.94 charge. That is not 70% Every time I send them their refund policy, I receive an answer back with the refund policy REMOVED FROM MY E-MAIL. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. ALSO, THEY MAKE AMAZON DELIVER IT WHEN I DID NOT BUY FROM AMAZON.

wanted one 5 bag of this product and they will automatically subscribe you for monthly, so they sent two more orders ,,so i emailed them and told them they do not have my permission too use my card number they still keep sending them and charging my card ,i would guess i have $400 plus worth of this stuff ,, BY THE WAY NO CONTACT NUMBER ,and i never got response to email seems like a pretty poor ran business

My dog used to scratch and lick himself all the time! He's been on Pure Paw for 4 months now and since week 2 he's been scratch free. About 4 weeks in, he stopped licking himself all the time. He does it now and then but that's normal for dogs. I'm really thankful for Pure Paw... My pup is so much happier on it.

I made two purchases with Pure Paw Labs (May 22 for $149.90 and July 9 for $209.88) specifically because they advertised a “60-Day Money Back Guarantee” and “100% Satisfaction Guarantee.” After giving the product a fair try with two dogs, I saw no results and the product caused staining on my dog’s chin and furniture. When I attempted to use the guarantee, I was told refunds are only for unused product. That is a return policy, not the guarantees they promote. Their own representative admitted “some details were not clearly stated or documented” and claimed “the second order indicates that the experience was adequate.” In fact, the second order was still within the guarantee period. This is misleading advertising. I have filed formal complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Florida Attorney General.
