Started adding it to my dogs food, have noticed less itching, less shedding and a better shinier coat. We are only 2 weeks in but it’s seems to have made a difference.

I have tried many different products for my dogs, itching and licking, and was truly hoping this would work, but unfortunately it did not. It’s not unique all the other products I tried did not work either. But they did honor their money back guarantee and they did give me a refund and so I think that that is good service.

Only a 4 because my dog had diarrhea after only 2 doses...which were not even the full dose recommended. But, this company's customer service is epic My first shipment basically disappeared from delivery and pure paw was amazing. Trying to figure out where it was. Finally they just reshipped my order for free! They were so communicative and polite and concerned that I received my order I wish I dared to feed it but my dog is just too sensitive I guess

Company is easy to work with. We feel the product IS working to some degree. We've been able to quit the Apoquel altogether. He still scratches a fair amount but paw licking is less. We're only about 7 weeks in so still evaluating but we think it's helping.

My 2 labs have been on this for a month and I really think it is helping! One has had itchy paws and was always licking. This has gotten so much better. The other had tummy issues and has not had any upset stomach since starting. I will update to a 5 star after a few more weeks!!

I am giving this to both of my dogs. The one who I got it for originally isn't a fan. I have to hide it in her food; I bought different food to mix it in better. Also, I still see her itching. My other dog will eat it up. Not sure if I have given it enough time to see results yet.

My initial experience was less than great. My first shipment was supposed to arrive and was delayed.. I messaged the company and was asked to have patience to allow for shipping which I gave. They gave me an $10 in store credit for my experience.. 3 weeks later there was still no movement on the shipping.. the tracking number information hasnt changed in 3 weeks. I messaged the company again they said they were sorry for my experience, wanted to make it right, and they were going to investigate the issue.. they sent me a new shipment with tracking number provided again. They gave me another $10 in store credit and personally wrote back and apologized and provided the new shipping and tracking info.. the estimated arrival date was Tuesday, Sept 8.. it did arrive that day. That same day I received an email that my subscription was going to renew and another shipment was going to be sent and my card charged the next day.. I emailed the company again in a reply from the previous email, asked them to check into as I didnt feel I should be charged for a subscription when I never received the original shipment and literally just got the replacement that day. I said I wanted to ensure this product works first before I order more.. The representative that had been emailing me back from the start, Sheerah, agreed with me and paused my subscription, cancelled the subscription order that was going out and refunded my account the amount it charged.. throughout this entire time of dealing with everything from the initial order, to the end, she was great! She was professional, empathetic and genuinely seemed to want to ensure my bad experience initially was turned around.. it was she really did a lot for and it amazes me that I was able to communicate with the same individual each time I messaged. Coming from someone who has been in customer service/customer experience, its almost impossible to work with the sane rep each time.. im very grateful for Sheerah's assistance in making things right with this whole situation.

I think the PurePaw Labs all in one daily supplement is great in that it's an easy way to give reluctant dog's healthy supplements without struggling. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I had to pause using it for a little while because my dog has a gastrointestinal virus (completely unrelated to the Pure Paw supplement).
