VERY IMPRESSED!! Athena helped me with my move out process and listened to me vent about the troubles I had trying to move an RV we purchased. She was very patient, kind, and helpful. She mentioned that she is new management, but you would think she has been there forever. Thank you Athena for your wonderful customer services.

I got this storage place because it is near home and had gave me a good deal. So I ended up renting this storage they promised me that I was going to get the deal Of paying 74.86 for the first 2 months and from there it was going to rise to the normal payment .... so today I went in to pay my 2 month and they didn’t give me what the person that got me started there at this storage place. They justified it with that one person does not work there anymore and that they are trying to fix the mess she made ? That is totally not our fault. The Bad thing is that the lady that got me started there apparently didn’t register anything on the computer. So I had to pay a different amount they had told me and instead of helping me out FIXING THERE MESS , they were okay with me just canceling my unit space really rude people not good customer service . What a disappointment in the facility in buckeye ! Would not recommend this storage place

Great service

Dotti is awesome she has wonderful customer service and she's very helpful. Keep up the good work girl!!

The units are clean and well maintained. Great hours. Always accessible and I’d have stayed with my original 5 star review if it wasn’t for the coldness of the staff. They weren’t the worst, Just cold. Specifically the older women who works mornings. If you like being judged and glared at for no reason by old women i recommend going in the morning. You won’t be disappointed. Very obnoxious and hovered uncomfortably anytime I was there bringing things in or out during my move to my new home. Literally would drive her little white car to my unit to criticize my parking while I was the only customer at the property. It’s not like I’m some creep. Or inconveniencing anyone, or messy or late with my payment ever, so it was just super uncomfortable. She alone is why I bought my own shed and built it in my own yard. So I guess I should thank her for pissing me off because it’s nice having my stuff here. But hey, maybe it was just me idk.
