Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I feel there is good security. There are lots of cameras in the office and I know the alarm system works! Area is clean and well maintained.

Laurie
Rented a small space and loaded it up. Came back 3 weeks later to get some stuff out and everything was wet. The roof had leaked and my vacuum cleaner was full of water and completely destroyed. Not happy at all. Some pictures were destroyed.
Response from Purely StorageNov 15, 2018
First off I am very sorry this happened to you, we know pictures are irreplaceable and would never wish this to happen to anyone. We do our best to repair any issues right away, but the rain in Texas can cause many problems. I hope we can have a second chance with you in the future to improve your experience with us.
