Saundra, Thank you for your comments. Please let me assure you that Pure Health's on-line order processing is 100% secure through Intuit. I am happy to assist with looking into the activity you mentioned personally and want to assure you we have had no other fraudulent activity with our processor. You are correct in that we are inundated with orders, becuase we are the only on-line retailer to offer a 100% pure green coffee bean extract. Please also know that Dr. Oz does not and did not promote Pure Health on his show. Dr. Oz does not promote brands on his show, but since we are the only 100% pure product, with no additives or fillers, we have been fortunate to have received a huge increase in business. I apologize for the situation and we are working double shifts, seven days a week to accommodate all requests. Pleaes let me also assure you we are a legitimate company (not running out of a home) and we have been in the process of adding staff and extra shifts to accommodate the recent surge in orders. All orders are being shipped out in the order they were received and we anticipate being back on shedule of shipping out within 24 hours of receipt of shipment by the end of this week. If you ordered two weeks ago, your order should have gone out already as we are shipping orders out about 3 - 10 days from date of receipt due to the Dr. Oz publicity. Susann, AS the only on-line company to offer 100% pure green coffee bean extract, we have been innundated with orders as you stated. We were not able to prepare because Dr. Oz does not promote individual brands and did not promote Pure Health, specifically. We were not aware Dr. Oz would be speaking about Pure Green Coffee Bean on his show, but since we are the only one readily available, we have been working double shifts, seven days a week to accommodate the surge in business. We have increased our staff by 4X in the last week alone and are doing everything humanly possible to ensure we get all orders out in the order they were received and plan to be back to our regular schedule of shipping with 24 hours of receiving an order by the end of this week. I hope this helps you understand our situation and the reason we were not fully prepared for this when the Dr. Oz show aired. Chip, Please let me personally apologize for your frustration. Please be assured we have plent of product in stock and have had to increase our staff by 400% since last week to accomodate all orders. We are shipping all orders out in the order they are received and ask for your patience and understanding. Dr. Oz does not endorse specific products or brands, so we had no way of knowing he would be speaking about green coffee bean. As the only on-line retailer to offer 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean, we have been inundated with orders and ask that you be patient as we anticipate being back on our regular schedule of shipping all orders 24 hours from receipt by the end of this week. If you paid by credit card on our site, you will not be billed until your order ships, this is our policy. However, if you paid by Paypal, they do withdraw funds immediately, this is there policy, and unfortunately, we have no influence over thant. Again, please let me apologize for the inconvenience. Barbara, Please let me personally apologize. We have sent out several updates and also apologize if you did not receive these. Since we were not aware Dr. Oz was going to speak about Pure Green Coffee Bean last week, we were not able to properly prepare for the huge increase in interest and orders this week! We ask that you please be patient with us as we have all been working double shifts seven days a week to accomodate all requests. We have increased our staff significantly and plan to be back to our normal schedule of shipping all orders within 24 hours of receipt by the end of this week. If you paid via Paypal, it is their policy to charge credit cards immediately and unfortunately, we cannot alter their policy. If you paid via credit card through our cart, you are not charged until your order ships. We ask that you please be understanding as our business has increased over 5000% in the last week alone due to the Dr. Oz segement on Pure Green Coffee Bean - we had no way of knowing he would be discussing this and since we are the only on-line retailer to offer 100% pure green coffee bean our business unexpectedly surged. We are doing everyting humanly possible to alleviate the situation. We anticipate being back on our regular schedule of shipping all orders within 24 hours of receipt by the end of this week.
