I placed an order online May 5,2012 as of today (14th) I have not received the product. A few days ago I sent a message to customer service inquiring about the status of the order. I was told they were out of stock. Why wasn't that mentioned when I placed the order? Still waiting.

After seeing Dr. Oz talk about Pure Coffee Bean Extract and after much research I decided to try the product. PureHealth100 seemed like the perfect website to order it from. I placed my order on Saturday, May 5, 2012 and I received my confirmation number but never the product. I sent an email on Thursday, May 10, 2012 and received no reply. I called the 800 number on Friday, May 11, 2012 and the recorder said mailbox full. I would love to say I have a great experience and talk about the product, but unfortunately I am unable to do either.

The product is great. The first time I ordered it I received it in a week. I am still waiting for my second order and it has been over a week.. The money still has not been deducted from my checking account. I have emailed and made several phone call's and no one has returned them, except for me to fill out this opinion form, not the best timing since I am sill waiting for my order.

I asked yu when my order would be shipped and you answered with generic email. In other words .....no answer to my question. Don't get it. PLEASE JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION

i never got my product after I paid for it. In fact because I never heard anything from anyone no emails nothing. And because it took so long my bank refunded my money. I won't buy again

I placed an order over a week ago. It still has not been processed. I wrote an email to inquire if this length of time was normal for them, and to find out when to expect delivery. Did not get a response. I tried to call. No answer, no way to leave a message.

I ordered my product originally on 4.26.12, shipment never arrived. Went to credit card and realized it had never been billed. Went back onto site 5.6.12 and re-ordered- PRINTED CONFIRMATION page this time. Here we are 5.14.12 - and guess what, still no product, but was billed to credit. Getting ready to send this right back if it ever does arrive, and may even call and cancel my order. Wondering if this company is a FRAUD !!!!!! Beware - just my experience.....

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my PAID for order to be mailed out to me, according to the website it still doesn't have a shipping date. I was trying to give them the benefit of just being overwhelmed and needing more time to process the orders, but I also called to find out a time frame and have yet to get a response. To me that's not very good customer service. Hopefully I will recieve my order shortly, but who knows.
