I ordererd weeks ago and I've received emails for reviews etc and still haven't received my products. How do you evaluate a product or place when you haven't received anything but emails. They took my money the day of the order but hasn't shipped anything!!!

It has been over 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my order to be shipped, even though your website states the product which I order IS IN STOCK. I realize you have been swamped with orders due to the airing of the Dr. Oz show, but I would like to know just how long it will be before this order is shipped.

I made a recent purchase on their website and immediately received a confirmation email which I found insufficient. The tracking number field was blank, there was no notification about the shipment day. I am still waiting to find out when I will possibly get my order. It would be helpful to have an estimated ship date because having to wait for 10 days without any news can be a bit frustrating. I would have made my purchase somewhere else but now I am not sure if they'll charge me or not.

Order from another site online. These guys are super slow with they're shipping. They don't even give you updates as to when it's going to ship!

Tough to offer a full review as I still haven't rec'd either order. 1 order is the green coofee bean extract. I can understand because it was on Dr. Oz, but Pure Health claims they are in stock and it's 3 weeks and still hasn't shipped, the other is Raspberry Keytone ordered a week ago and still no notification when it will ship. Maybe great products - but don't know if you can't get them.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago. I had to email them to get an update on my order, to be told they are on back order. Was told they would ship 2 weeks after my original order date and still have not received an email with my tracking #. It's been over 2 weeks.....
