Since I ordered the product on 5/4/2012, it would be impossible to rate your perfomrance since I have not received the product yet!
It would be much easier to rate the service and the product if you would send it in a timely manner.

Great product
I only have one con to write that since Dr. Oz mentioned it on his show it was hard to receive your product; but other than that i could not wait to get started on the prodcut. I purchased two items the Green coffee bean as well as the black coffe and let me tell you i don't even like or drink coffee but after trying this brand i may have to change my mind...

Been waiting almost two weeks and nothing.
There's no order tracking on my confirmation email & no answer to my email asking for update.

Worst company online !
Placed 3 orders almost 4 weeks ago. Have not heard anything from this company. I have now filed PayPal claims against them

Terrible and unresponsive
On 5/4/12 I placed an order online. Received an e-mail confirmation. Then, my charge card account showed that the amounted was charged, but the next day it disappeared. On 5/11/12, I sent an e-mail inquiring about the order status but no response of any kind as yet. Order Invoice #116147 Charge card Confirmation No: F58958685B

I am not happy with my order from Pure Health LLC right now.
I have not received my product yet. I received an e-mail saying my order was received and they were working hard to fulfill it but as of today I have not heard anything else or received my product.

Not happy, so far
As I write this, it's Mon., May 14. I ordered my product on Fri., Apr. 27 and this is my second request to rate this vendor. I held off the first time because I still didn't have the product. But now, all I can say is that despite being reassured once by this company that my order was going to be processed, I am getting a little concerned. I can't truly rate them until I receive my order, so I'll just leave it with the fact that I'm unhappy at the moment.
