Placed order on May 6 and still there is no order confirmation that it has shipped.

No responses to emails. Never received my order.

It's been a week and where's my order just wondering?

I placed my order May 6th, I received conformation of the order. I have not heard back since, on when the order was shipping. I would like to be kept informed as to when I should expect my order. On the conformation, an expected shipping date would be nice, and then a notice when order was shipped.

I placed an order for pure green coffee bean extract on April 27th and according to your tracker it hasn't even shipped yet. Lord knows where that leaves the order I placed on May 4th. So far, no extract, only excuses. I'm tired of hearing the blame being heaped on Dr. Oz.

I have not received what I ordered and wondering why!!!

Placed order online on May 4. As of May 14, according to Pure Health web site order has not been processed. I was expecting to have my merchandise by now. I have tried to call (mailbox full) and email. No response from company. This is my first experience with this company so I have to say I am disappointed.

I just think you need the ship by date and when you will receive your product. It states the adjusted transit time, however I didn'treceive a statement that would tell me when it will ship from the facility?? I have no idea when I will be receiving my product, that is unsatisfactory in my book.
