ITS BEEN 14 DAYS AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR ITEMS. WE HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES AND GOT MESSAGE TO ALLOW 24 HOURS AND THEY WOULD CALL BACK. WE STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK

On April 26th I ordered 3 bottles of Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. To date, 5/14/12, the only thing I have "received" is bulk communication from their site. I cannot get a direct answer from a "person" as to when my order will be shipped. In my books, and, experience, this is unacceptable. Would I order from them again or recommend to someone else that they should order .... that is very iffy right now.

Due to the Dr. Oz show the product would not ship for over a week. Because this is my first order I was uncomfortable with the lack of information issued to me after I ordered.

i have place an order with this company since april 26-2012, and this may 14-2012,it almost 3wks, i have not received my product. my money was taken on the same day. i will not recommend this company to any of my friends of family members.

Fast on taking payment but very slow on delivery. Still waiting!

Ordered my green coffee bean extract 2 weeks ago. I have not received my package, they are my answering their 800 number and the recording says, "mailbox is full," and they did not provide me with a tracking number for my shipment so I am sure my $90 is gone!

I will submit a review when I receive the product. I would like to know why it is so late and when I should submit a complaint.
