no opinion at this time placed order 5/4 ,has not been shipped as of 5/14

I ordered from pure health on 5/4/12. I had not heard anything from them until almost 10 days later when I emailed asking the whereabouts of the product I ordered. I received a response back advising that they were inundated with orders and had hired on extra help to aid in processing orders in addition to working weekends to catch up. I was told I would receive my order within 14 days of the date I ordered. They also advised that I would receive a tracking number. Today makes 11 days since I ordered the product and have not heard anymore from them. I can't say one way or another about them. It still awaiting the product I will try to update again once I get the product.

I ordered from you over a week ago and my order is still not shipped. i'm not very happy right now.

Received order confirmation on 5/4. They took my money on 5/7. I have not received the order nor have I received any further shipping information. No shipment tracking is available for my order. I called Customer Service and was unable to reach a human being. I did get a recording that the mail box was full and when I tried to reach the receptionist I got a recording to leave a message.

I contacted the company somtimes after my order. They said I would received the product around 12 to 14 days after the day of order. It's over 2 weeks, I don't see any email, tracking number to confirm that they send the product. I don't know how much longer or I'll receive it at all. Want my money back.

I ordered the product May 4th and got a order confirmation with invoice but no tracking information. I never heard from you again so assume the product has not shipped. Then I sent a reply email on May 10th asking if the product shipped and got no response. Here it is May 14th and no further information from you now 10 days later. I have not received the order and have no idea when it will be shipped and no one is responding. Once I receive the product if I ever do I won't be back. If you charge my credit card and I don't have the product I will contest it with my credit card company.

No one answers your phone or emails. I placed an order on 5/4 and the money has not been taken out of my account nor an ETA on shipping. If I could cancel my order I would......but no one answers the phone.

I cannot comment one way or another until I receive this order... placed this order on 5/4/2012. On 5/13/2012 you asked for my opinion. I said I had not yet received the order. Today it is 5/21/2012 and I still have not received the order. I am now beyond annoyed.....
