I have not received my product yet! I have not been able to reach anyone my email or by phone! Customer service is very lacking or should I say there is NO SERVICE at all. NOT SATISFIED !!

I don't like how you have charged my account but I still have not received my order.

Can't reach anyone. Mail box is always full. There is so ship date.

So what happened? How long can it possibly take to ship a couple of bottles of pills? Are you really running a business, or is this some new scam?

I ordered green coffee bean and raspberry ketones OVER 2 wks ago and still do not even have a tracking number. What's the deal? So far, I understand that you were overwhelmed, but so far, I'm not very happy that my products have not even been shipped yet. I ordered on 4/26/12.

Hello I placed my order on May 4, 2012...I HAVE TRIED TO CALL AND MESSAGE BOX WAS FULL. My shipment has not been mailed. I need to get my order please. If I do not hear a response soon I will file a fraudenlent claim with paypal. Please contact me asap regarding my order. If the items are on back order please refund my money..I can order from another company.Thanks for any help regarding my order.

I am still waiting to recieve my product after 3 weeks. So, needless to say it is hard to rate the product. However, I can rate the company, and in my opinion if customers are still waiting after 3 weeks to recieve their product I have to wonder if the company is fake and is just using it as a front to get our credit card information. I hope with business practices like Pure Health's that they won't be in business long.

I have still not received my order so cannot review your service except to express dissatisfaction as to the shipping time. No updates to me as to delays, etc.
