Still waiting for my order. Unusually long wait for receipt of an online order. Most of my online ordering, no matter the company, is received very quickly. Can't rate product until then. Sorry!

i placed an order over a week ago and it still has not been shipped, i received one response to my first email but have since sent them 2 more emails requesting status of my order and have not received a response, i just want my order

I put my order in 4/27/12, and still have not received it - or got an order confirmation that it is coming

I will hold my true opinion until I get the product. I find it very strange to be getting this survey when I have not heard a word about the status of my order and still have not received my order. I am getting worried and really wondering about the organization.

I placed and order with Pure Health almost 3 weeks ago - and have not received my product. They sent me an email stating they were inundated with orders and the company assured me that my order would go out soon. You can't even speak with someone on there telephone number as it says that the "mailbox is full" . I am VERY disappointed in the service or lack there of. I still have no idea if my order has shipped, or if I am going to get it at all !! I am quite sure that I am not the ONLY UNSATISFIED customer from PureHealth right now. I think they really need to re-organize there company for better service ASAP !!!!!!!!!

I PLACED AN ORDER , RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION, BUT NOTHING MORE. INQUIRED AS TO DELIVERY DATE, NOTHING. THERE IS NO INFORMATION WHEN ITEM WAS SHIPPED, COULD NOT FIND AN ACTUAL ADDRESS OF THIS BUSINESS, NO TRACKING INFO. 5 -6 DAYS IS AVERAGE ON ANYTHING I HAVE EVER ORDERED, UNLESS FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. STILL WAITING FOR MY PRODUCT. UNCERTAIN IF I WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY.

Placed my order over three weeks ago. Have left e-mail and phone messages and still no results.
