I placed my order on the 27th of April. I still have not recieved an email letting me know my order has shipped, nor any indication of how much longer it will be. I understand the recent influx of orders, however, customer service has been less than par. I am unsure if I will order from this company again.

I recently placed my 2nd order with Pure Health since 4/26. I received my 1st order after approximately 3 weeks which was acceptable to me considering the circumstances this company was faced with. I WILL order from this company again with no hesitation. I THANK YOU for all your hard work in the face of such overwhelming adversity. For all of you that are just now trying to order or are still waiting...Keep the Faith...this company is real and the people trying to cope with this onslaught are real, just as you are. Take yourselves a deep breath..... and smile. Your product will arrive. Update: I received my 2nd order in a reasonable amount of time. I think it was about 2-3 weeks. Considering what this small company has had to deal with, I was pleased. Please people, give them a(nother) chance to work through this terrible time of growing pains! It is not a scam company! Be nice!

I enjoyed your Green Coffee Bean Extra review. You provided good information. Website was user friendly. I was patient for the 1st five days after my order, but now i want my product. Its going on 10 days and i want to get started taking the beans. Please Reply with a eta please.........

I purchased on-line 3 weeks ago. I have never received the product. I have emailed numerous times.....no response. I have tried calling Customer Service, only to hear that their voicemail box is full. *****BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!
