I ordered the green coffee bean extract on 4/27 and to date have not received notice or status of my order. I've sent emails and tried the phone # provided, all unanswered. Its unfortunate when a company ignores its customers as they will go elsewhere and the damage is done. At a minimum, let your customers know what to expect.

I still did not receive my order...waiting way too long

I have yet to receive my order that was placed nearly three weeks ago!!!!!! Will not be ordering again!

I have not received the product I order, when calling no return phone calls. I have emailed several time no return email. I think this company is a scam.

Ordered product on 4/27 and still have not received the items as of 5/14. There was no mention of a delay or back order when original order was placed and credit card payment accepted. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I would not recommend.

I ordered over a month ago and all i got from these people was an email asking me to be patient because they cannot keep up with the demand of people. i have tried to email them several time and i have not even gotten an email back. when i try to call them via phone its busy. seems like a fly by night company to me, oh yeah i forgot to mention they stole my money. thus i paid via paypal and i have paid for my ordered that is not even on its way yet.

I ordered the the 3rd week in april and have not received the order. I tried to email customer service with no response, called and got all circuits busy! Did not receive a confirmation email of my order, but the funds came out of my account through paypal.

I had to notify this company twice regarding my order, it took 3 weeks to get to me. As far as the product, I only received it today, so will know more once I get started on it.
